My childhood was spent in a Dorset seaside town where from a young age I learned to appreciate wildlife, the forces of nature and the pleasure of cooking local foods. Then after training as a State Registered nurse I gained wide experience nursing in hospitals and industry both in the UK and overseas. I married a city banker and went on to experience the many varied stresses of expatriate life with young children in New York and Tokyo.
After returning to the UK, I widened my interest in natural medicine and nutrition by qualifying as a Registered Homoeopath in 2000 and gaining a Diploma in Natural Nutrition in 2006. I offer my patients a dynamic, supportive treatment package based on Naturopathic ideals, to help each individual understand and reclaim their health.
I offer consultation services for a very wide range of conditions, but which are often stress related. I take care to understand the many aspects of her patient's health and needs before preparing specific and unique homoeopathic programmes.
Weight loss is a specific area about which I feel passionately and feel should be addressed safely and naturally. I have a personal love of good food and a deep interest in cooking. With great enthusiasm, I provide creative and practical support for those who seek their goal weight. I am able to offer menu plans and recipes to suit each patient's individual requirements.
As a mother of young adults working in City business I identify with young and middle aged professionals as well as those with ongoing personal, family and lifestyle stresses. I focus on specific stresses which may be contributing to my patient's conditions, working closely with them to overcome obstacles and support them through their journey to optimum health.
